Why should Agents refer owners to Skyline?

- NOW: We pay $$ for referring to us
- LATER: We refer tenants who are ready to buy to agents who have referred to us and we put owners back into the original agent's hands when they are ready to sell
2. We do the agent's job for them - If the agent has a lease listing and their client signs up with us to do the management, we will do all the tenant placement work and pay the referring agent 75% of the first month's rent*
How it works
- Skyline lists and markets the property
- Tenant fills out Skyline online application
- Skyline processes the application and screens the tenant
- Skyline drafts and negotiates the lease
- Skyline handles the move in process which includes rekeying, performing a full move-in inspection, as well as setting up the tenant in the MyWalkThru app to perform their own move-in inspection
